Who we are

Acebid Media (“Acebid Media”, “we”) runs this website and is the controller of the personal data collected through it. For anything about privacy, email hello@acebidmedia.com or use our contact page.

What we collect

• Audit requests: your name, work email, brand, website, licensed markets, products and anything you write in the message field.
• Campaign context: if you arrived from an ad or a tagged link, the click identifier and UTM parameters, and the page you landed on. These are held in your browser for the visit and only sent to us if you submit the form.
• Emails you send us and our replies.

This website doesn’t use advertising or analytics cookies.

Why we use it

To reply to you and prepare an audit you asked for (steps taken at your request before a contract), and to understand which of our own campaigns bring in enquiries (our legitimate interest). We don’t sell your data or add you to a newsletter.

How long we keep it

Only as long as we need it for the purposes above, and no longer than the law allows.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, or object to how we use it, by emailing hello@acebidmedia.com. You can also complain to your data protection authority.
